Intention to go speedsurfing, so woke up early for the best forecasted winds between 9-11am. Measures 10-12kts at the spot :-( 

Rigged 7.0 for hopefully increasing wind together with my F89. Started with the foil to keep moving at least and stayed all day on the foil because the forecasted wind never came...

Angle was very good in the beginning but no wind (should have rigged 9.4). Later on, the wind turned almost full cross so downwind runs in (too shallow) water. Hit the ground 5 times, so it was very tricky. You had to stay airborne all the time untill back in the harbor. Again almost a 50 AVG, but my trim was not ok: too much downforce in the sail. 6.3 last time was better trimmed. First time on a flat water spot: so much easier then my usual Kessnich lake. Next time I need to look for a flatwater spot with deeper water and the good angle and wind direction. 55 AVG should be possible then !!

Again a +100km session: Already did more +100km sesssions on the foil in 2 years then on a normal windsurf board in 30 years...
