Probably my Best Wind Foil Session Ever.

Rigged a very flat 7.3 m3 from North Sails (E-Type) super flat and light.

Used my 460cm Gold mast North Sails and went for it.

Battled for 45min - 1 hour but then the wind picked up just a notch where I could cruise really well. I was even flying (very irregularly) but had a really good time focused on my feet and hands placement.

Learned from Robbie that to lower my center of gravity I need to bend my needs which will prevent the board from shooting out of the water when taking off.

Great sun, weird wind direction for the season but we'll take it ! 

Also broke my distance record on the water foiling with a total of 34km.

Very happy with this session which prooved that in just 2 hours you can have all the following: - a yoga session relaxing, a nice work-out and great fun !
