High wind foiling again. Mission of today was keeping the flights controlled in a bit higher wind so i rigged the 5.5. Well in the beginning i succeeded but when i was making runs downwind i had some big gusts resulting in a few nice crashes again. On the foil the set accellarates quickly to speeds faster than the windspeed. Keeping control with no pressure in the sail on a downwind course is a lot more difficult than on the upwind or half wind courses with more pressure in the sail and on the rail. But who is complaining, new PR's again and i learned a lot without damaging myself or my gear.
